As VP Sustainability Growth for WM (NYSE: WM), P.J. Foote is responsible for the growth of WM’s sustainability businesses. WM is a ~$22B company with ~62k employees with sustainability businesses that include recycling and renewable natural gas operations, organics processing, textiles recycling and sustainability & environmental services offerings. P.J. brings deep commercial strategy expertise as well as M&A and venturing experience in both public and private markets. He joined WM in 1998 and was appointed to his current role in 2021. Prior enterprise leadership roles with the company include Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, and Strategic Accounts.
