Craig McDonnell leads ABB’s Business Line Industries, covering Robotics in Electronics, Consumer Industries, and General Industries. With 30 years of experience at ABB, Eaton and TE Connectivity, he has held leadership roles across engineering, sales, product management, marketing, and general management, focusing on technology, automation, customers, and people. Earlier, Craig held various marketing and sales roles, gaining significant experience in addressing the mega-trends of digitalization, automation, and energy transition. Craig is also an external Director at Amperesand, a Singapore-based developer of solid-state transformers. He holds a master’s in Engineering Science from Oxford University and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
